Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided. However, exceptions may be made under certain conditions as outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • The project has not yet started.

  • You cancel the service within 24 hours of making the payment.

  • We are unable to deliver the service as agreed due to internal reasons.

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the project has started.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., not providing required information, assets, or approvals).

  • Work already completed or milestones already delivered.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@bytestechnology.in and include:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used at the time of purchase

  • Order or invoice number

  • Reason for requesting a refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.


4. Processing of Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
